Welcome to FounderFuego®. By purchasing, accessing, applying to, or participating in any FounderFuego® program, membership, event, platform, digital product, coaching experience, or community environment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Private Community & Membership Access
FounderFuego® is a curated private business community designed for founders, entrepreneurs, executives, creators, consultants, and growth-minded business leaders.
Submission of payment, enrollment, or participation does not guarantee approval, admission, continued access, or ongoing participation within any FounderFuego® program or community environment.
FounderFuego® reserves the right, in its reasonable business judgment, to approve, deny, suspend, limit, or revoke access to any program, membership, event, platform, digital environment, or community experience at any time in order to protect the integrity, alignment, safety, intended purpose, member experience, operations, reputation, or culture of the community.
Membership Review & Application Process
Certain memberships, trials, programs, or offers may require completion of a member application, onboarding requirements, identity verification,
or a Fast Funding Kickoff Call™ before access is granted.
FounderFuego® reserves the right to deny membership applications or discontinue onboarding where participation is determined to be misaligned with the goals, standards, structure, or intended use of the community.
FounderFuego® reserves the right to deny or revoke access to individuals, organizations, consultants, agencies, coaches, communities, or businesses that, in FounderFuego®’s reasonable business judgment, present a conflict of interest, competitive risk, misuse risk, confidentiality concern, member solicitation concern, or participation that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or integrity of the community.
If an application is not approved, any applicable trial payment will be refunded in accordance with the offer terms presented at checkout.
Community Standards & Conduct
All members and participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and constructive conduct at all times.

or any activity deemed inconsistent with the intended purpose or professional standards of the community.
FounderFuego® reserves the right to investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, limitation of access, removal, or permanent revocation of participation.
